Refunds are issued only in cases where an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Because mad honey is a perishable, unprocessed food product, we’re unable to offer refunds simply due to a change of mind once an order has shipped.

Refund Window

You must contact us within 14 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a refund. Claims submitted after this window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.

  4. If approved, we’ll confirm whether a refund or replacement is the best resolution for your situation

Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (Cash App, Credit Card, or Google Pay). Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider’s processing time.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Orders affected by shipping delays outside our control (customs, weather, carrier delays)
  • Jars that have already been opened or used, unless the issue is a manufacturing defect
  • Requests submitted after the 14-day window without prior communication
