Because Everest Mad Honey is a raw, unprocessed food product, we do not accept returns of sealed or unsealed jars once they have been delivered. This policy exists to protect the safety and integrity of the honey for all our customers, and to comply with standard food-safety practices for consumable goods.

When We Do Accept a Return-Related Claim

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are eligible to request a replacement or refund — not a physical return of the product. In these cases, we may ask you to safely dispose of the item rather than ship it back, particularly for international orders where return shipping is impractical.
